FAQ
  • Are your pieces already made?
No, all my pieces are made to order. I have far too many designs to keep one of everything in stock. I want to be able to offer as many designs as I possibly can.
  • How long does it take to make my piece?
In the first paragraph of every listing it will give a time range of how long it will take to make each individual piece. If it will take longer than the time frame stated I will contact you and let you know the new ship by date and the status of your order.
  • How do I know when my piece has shipped and can I track it?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your piece ships.
  • How long after my order has shipped will I receive my order?
It depends on the type of shipping you choose. I have two options, USPS Proirity which is 1-3 business days and USPS First Class Mail which is 3-5 business days. For international shipping there is one option and it will probably take anywhere for 10 days to 2 weeks (or possibly more).
  • Can I return the piece for a refund?
Yes you can. I ultimately want you to be happy with your purchase. If your not a 100% percent happy with your piece you can send it back for a refund minus the shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's oringinal condtion, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime up until it ships.
  • Why should I buy a piece from you?
That's a great question. I was on Esty for a brief time and had over 650 sales with over 200 five star reviews. I'm very proud of the fact that I never received any rating lower than a five star. I stand behind my work 100% and take fulfilling my orders very seriously. I've been working with glass for over fifteen years and every single aspect from start to shipping of every piece is done by me.
  • How do I take care of a piece that is sandblasted and spray painted?
I will provide care instructions with each piece so you will know how to properly care for the glass piece. This style of pipe requires a ittle more care and is not for everyone.
